"Food was nice, we appreciated the vegan burger option. As no-meat eaters in Florence is not easy and pasta we had enough restaurant is huge which can be a bit challenging when it’s too crowded but still nothing that is a major issue. Staff was nice and friendly."

"As a tourist, I will say it didn’t seem like a tourist restaurant, and that’s a compliment. We had delicious food, great wine, and the atmosphere was lovely. It was comfortable but refined. The smell of the ovens as you walk in really sets the stage for what is to come. Highly recommend."

"What can I say…AMAZING steak! If you are a steak lover, this is your place. My family & I enjoyed all of our meals. If you need something that is not on the menu, definitely ask. I asked for bruschetta and they made it for us. They are accommodating and will let you know if they can do something. Every time we visit Florence. We stop at Toto! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and tasteful food. Make a reservation if you go during a busy time. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was delicious, especially the homemade pastas. I recommend the one with the boar, as well as the antipasti for two (which are actually for 4) and the tripe. The portion sizes are gigantic, so I recommend sticking to just one main or a main and a quarter of an appetizer unless you want to overeat. The service is great, and I enjoyed finding out the story of this family restaurant. It is also a lot of fun looking at how they cut the Florentina steaks - they look amazing."
